    Kahlers are more reactive. Floyds stay in tune better.

      I love Kahlers... just a bit less than Floyds. The thing I really like about Kahlers is you can have super low action, and still do full whammy bends up without buzzing the string. As far as tuning stability, Ive never has any problems with them at all as long as you solder the ball end. I beat the ever loving piss out of the strings and they still hold tune.

      Locking nut wise, I TOTALLY prefer the Kahler after nut locks over Floyd locks. I like the ability to still fine tune the conventional nut for string height and whatnot, and still have a lock... also think it has something to do with tone as well, though that can be subjective.
      Imagine, being able to be magically whisked away to... Delaware. Hi... Im in... Delaware...

        Not as low on the high strings but they low E will still go completely slack. If adjusted to the middle of its range the Kahled will pull up about a minor 3rd on the G string.
