G string problem on model new 3dr

yeah i noticed that the low e string goes horribly flat when i bend it too...where can i easily acquire a new JT - 60 and pivot studs?

Budman makes replacement studs that will fit the bushings. He recently had to stop shipping internationally, though. If it were me, I'd put an OFR on there rather than mess around trying to find another JT-6, hoping it shows up in good shape.

will an OFR / schaller FR fit straight in?

Yes. On rare occasions the trem arm socket will rub against the route and it will require just a little bit of a mod, but that seems to happen most often with USA Jacksons from that period.

ok cool i was worried i'd have to change the positions of the posts and drill holes and stuff (aaargh!) but if it'll just slot straight in then i'll get one of those
