It is not a Floyd Rose. The stamp indicates it was supposedly manufactured under Floyd Rose patents. I remember seeing those sold under the "Whammy bar" brand name as late as 1987. It was meant to drop right into a Strat. They ditched this style and came out with the "Whammy Bar II", which was the exact same cheap non locking dual pivot bridge you see on late 80's BC Rich Platinum series, Aria Pro II, Mako, and other low end imports with a locknut.

Oh oh, the nightmare returns...
Long, long ago I bought a cheap washburn with one of those installed. This "trem" was so horrible, that I had to return the guitar several days later. They should have called it "stringkiller" or "detuner"...
