I wonder if it's an EVH from a MusicMan or Wolfgang. Neither of those have any markings on them at all.

I think my post has been taken overboard by some on the JCF. I was just trying to figure out if I should be upset / contact Sid. Since it wouldn't supprise me if some pickups came unlogo'd from the CS. Just looking for a little education, rather than calling out the lynch mob.

And just for the record, Sid has been an absolute standup guy on this matter. He was very fast to ship the pickup, always in communication, and quick to offer a refund if I was unhappy with the pickup.

I got a multimeter today just to play with, and as soon as I figure it out, I'm going to test the pickup and then install it into my GMW.

But it appears that Sid got the pickup from Toru, who is a total stand up guy, so at this point, I'm not too worried anymore. Plus on top of everything, people on the SD forum have claimed that they have recieved pups without any engraving.

Okay, back to trying not to pass out from the flu.

I bought a Duncan Custom from Sid. No problems at all. He seems like a good guy.
