I'd use a lower value cap like a .022mf instead of something like a .047mf. The .047 is usually used on basses, but you can use it for a guitar. I had a .047 in my old Dinky with a TZ as the bridge pup and a J50N in the neck... it was definitely warmer/darker sounding, but not bad. I would have preferred a lower value cap, though.
