Well, I have to say that you're full is sh1t dude. My buddy emailed you with some questions and you said nothing about the "issues" with this guitar. You said that the setup is perfect but the action is not at low as you would like.

I know you're not happy how this thing turned out on your end, but screwing somebody else will only bring more grief. That's a hell of a guitar man. Sell the neck, be honest with the issues, and buy another neck.

jared, the admins are discussing this issue, and it's very likely that even after you lose your jr member status, you will not have classifieds access based on the concerns of the jcf members regarding this auction and your omissions.

Saying the setup is perfect but the action isn't as low as one would like kinda contradicts itself. That is a problem with parts guitars, sometimes they go together sweet right away and have no issues, other times it takes a few tries.

Well in a nutshell we cannot enforce ebay issues ..but what we can do is knowing this person is doing something dishonest make the determination that he should not be allowed to sell here ..
