I have had good experiernce with Warmoth, but I did not have them do anything to actually "finish" the guitar other than building the neck and cutting the body. All holes, slits, frets etc. were done by my luthier and it came out kick ass!

Add one more to the list of people who recommend USA Custom. I've built four guitars from their bodies and necks. Excellent stuff.
