Bypass Active EQ?

The Spectra's have EQ on/off switches, but the Concert Basses do not. I don't use the EQ. Is there an easy way to mod the circuit to bypass the EQ? Soldering or plugs like EMG's?

Un-solder the in and out wires and solder the in and out wires to each other?

EMG's with EO, I don't even use a tone pot for them? Seems to make sense but I really don't know anything about basses or EQ's in them
