Dave Lee Roth does refinishes now? LOL

I had the intonation screw threads strip on a Schaller baseplate, but the replacement has hardened inserts. I don't feel there's a significant difference between the two - any differences in sound I've attributed to differences in the guitars themselves. But then I've never swapped one out...

How odd, they seem to imply that the OFR and Schaller are 100% interchangeable.

"The dimensions of our Tremolo LockMeister are exactly the same as the dimensions of both the standard Double locking Tremolos and our Schaller Tremolo."

I guess the only way to see if this will work on my Jackson is to install the OFR and intonate.

          Stay tuned.....
