Warmoth 24 fretters have about a 2" overhang. They can make the board long enough, but not the neck.
22 fret Dinky necks should fit any 22 fret Jackson/Charvel body.
However, I did have some trouble mounting a USA Jackson neck to a USA Promod body. It fit, but it was tiiiiight.
But this was a San Dimas neck, so....
