All of my guitars with singles get a bridge Hot Rails in the neck and a neck Hot Rails in the middle. I play leads on the neck pickup a lot and I love the set up. I routed out the hole to fit all but a thin amount at the top with a Dremel so it looks like a regular single sized hole.

I've had both.
can't really remember much about the JB Jr, because I got rid of them and went with Hot Rails in middle and neck positions. I have not found a single-spaced humbucker I like so I use a full-sized humbucker in the bridge positions... which are typically JBs.Comment
