1990 Jackson Soloist cover-plates

I have tried to source backplates (trem and pot-cavity) for a 1990 soloist, and a would-be supplier has asked me for part-numbers? Does anyone know of a site/resource for part-numbers? I have e-mailed Jackson, but the generic acknowledgment I have received from the (Al)mighty Fender Corp has not filled me with hopeful expectation. Any suggestions (and please don't ask how the covers were lost/wrecked); it's one of those "someone loaned the guitar to someone else and ...." stories, so let's just say that more than one idiot was involved!).
