That's me, banging around, looking for the right hole to stick things in...

The BCR ST-III I recently purchase was in horrible, but fairly easy to correct shape.

      - Routing (because I'm dangerous with a dremel and actually all wood working tools)
      - Fretwork - level & crown & refret - this is something I'm sure I could do, but time, effort and tools cost more than just bringing it in - even a high NYC prices.
      - Finishing

      I've never had to do
      - Major repairs - headstocks, necks, body cracks
      - I feel fairly confident I can squirt glue out of a turkey baster - but then again - would I want to?
I'll do the nuts and routing (watch out).

Fretwork and major repairs - I take those to Dan Erlewine.

I did a Floyd shelf on one of my Warmoths... I used a utility knife and three or four single-edge razor blades to rough it out.

(It actually came out pretty good...)

No doubt. Just take it slowly and don't rush things. Measure twice cut once?

I didn't measure at all and cut about 30 times!

They need to be about fingerboard deep, and the front edge of the nut stays in the same spot, so, no measuring required.
