      The Floyds also missing the saddle blocks, where could I find a normal set of these, maybe someone has an extra set laying around that they upgraded with the platinum ones.

        Focus neck should be 22 fret, 12" radius, 25.5 scale, 2 3/16 heel.
        When looking at kramer necks, make sure there are no cracks on the backside where the nut mounting bolts go through.

          I've had beak and pointy hs Foci and there is variation in the neck dimensions on Focus models. You could post a pic of the Focus body you have on KF.
