We've been trying to track Satchel and Charvel's blossoming relationship with this topic: https://www.jcfonline.com/threads/15...hlight=satchel but the lack of new news made us abandon trying to ask for updates like begging for table scraps.



Wow, it's been a year since I originally posted the above quote. One whole year and more has elapsed with essentially ZERO news on a Satchel model from Charvel.

I think the below-linked Instagram post might be the first time I've seen Satchel actually acknowledge Charvel in "publicity" style:

Some interesting stuff there. The Spectrum / Jeff Beck Soloist is very cool, but seems like an odd choice for a production model!

With NAMM 2017 over, I still haven't seen any announcements or photos about concerning this guitar or possible endorsement. Does anyone have any news?

Possible Charvel news, Steel Panther played in Cleveland this week and Satchel made a comment about a signature model Charvel that is coming out in 2018. So maybe we'll see something at NAMM for a Satchel model Charvel. But Satchel also joked around about being able to buy a pair of his spandex pants so you can never really tell when to take those guys serious.

I've been asking both him and Charvel for teh past year about the green CS he's been playing, but they never respond. It's a great axe!
