    Last question then Rick - do you use that same Scotts on your fretboard? I know guitar polish can be used on "painted" fretboards, like the Fender tinted maple. But I don't know how our PC1 maple boards are finished.

        I use it to clean the board as well, but I do not let it soak into the board.
        I wipe the board down after cleaning, unlike the body, which I will let it sit for a few minutes before wiping it down.

          Hey Rick, just want to say thanks for the advice on the Scotts Liquid Gold. Not only did it work nicely on the Au Natural, but it worked wonders on my Ash-body PC1. I used it to clean the fretboard, and all the flame in the board just pops now. Great stuff, wow.

              Now you see why I love that stuff... it really makes the figure pop.
