its still covered by warranty if you are the original owner, pre Fender or not.

your dealer can handle the "yeah, its the guy" part for you.

I sent an e-mail to fender company, and they said if it is pre-fender they can not help me.

It was not left in an extreme heat, but 0.11-0.52 strings were used for a few weeks, I guess this set was heavy for the neck of the guitar, the neck is a one piece birdseye maple neck with birdseye maple fretboard. I'm ready to pay the cost of the repair if someone is able to repair it, but no luthier has ever accepted yet.

CharvelRocker, are you sur,e a fusion neck will work? the scales are different and many people agree that there will be intonation problems.

It sounds a little strange to me, I use 0.10 - 0.60 and I have never had problems with this setup...

Birds eye maple isn't hard than flame maple or quartersawn maple.
