• Jackson PC1, need some info!!!

Hi. So, as the title says I need some info about PC1. I've heard that the PC 1 neck is like 60's Fender Strat C-neck(that is a good thing in my case) but is it any wider than Fender Strat necks? Also, I saw one model with Koa body, any big difference between Koa and Mahogany, in sound/weight? And did they make Phil Collen model with Fender Strat headstock because I've seen couple but mostly with that Jackson/Charvel haedstock. Any change to get one with Fender headstock?

Thank you all for your help!

Btw: Jackson PC-1 is just amazing looking guitar!!!

The Koa body is no longer available unless you go custom shop.
All PC1's are now Mahogany. As for the difference in tone... I could never tell the difference between Koa and Mahogany as they are from the same species of wood... Koa is an exotic Mahogany.
As for the neck... it's a fat C shape that's a tad wider than a standard strat. 1 11/16 instead of 1 5/8 at the nut.
I think it's by far the most comfortable guitar I've ever played.
