I was really happy they were able to do the Kahler. I ordered a couple more with 'em too. The upcharge on them is very affordable if you're a fan of the Kahler. The only down side is they don't yet offer them in gold. The abalone on this one looks awesome - way higher quality and more color than I've seen on most other companies customs (I'll be putting up some inlay pics). It's quite possibly the most crunchy & aggressive sounding guitar I've owned - a total shred machine! Jackson nailed every spec on the order. Not even the most minor error. It was exactly as I expected it to be, which was literally surreal. I've had some bad experiences with other custom shops 'missing' things, but Jackson has truly hooked me for good now! I have one with body binding coming later on! Should be wicked. The beauty of a pearl finish like rbp is that you really don't need painted bevels at all. The pearl makes the bevels and angles appear a different color than the top.
