did jackson ever make a slightly smaller kingV. there is a San Dimas king V student model in a store by me & its looks smaller than the new king Vs.

as with any handmade guitar there can be variations...have seen picsa of 2 sd charvel v's that were smaller than the king v's...d.m. -

I believe the King V has undergone three total sizes since its creation (the true "double Rhoads," the mid 80's size, and the modern size). With the student models, remember, there's no binding on the headstock or neck, and that can give the illusion of a size difference."Got a crazy feeling I don't understand,
