KE2 Serial U10869. Year?

As in the Jackson website they stopped the serial info on year 2000, anyone know what year this serial (it's a friend of mine KE2) would be?

U10000 was finished in the summer of 2001, I believe, so U10869 could be 2002.

My SL2H U10831 was completed in 2/6/02, so I bet your frieds KE2 is from february 2002.
