Has Rhoads Archtop ever been done?

Hi-

I've never seen a Rhoads with an arched top before but after seeing this pic of an archtop DeathAngel it got me thinking. Would it look good? Bad? Thoughts?

When I see that DA I think of some sort of bloated octopuss.

Other than the Roswell Rhoads, I've never seen one. And, yes, it'd be freakin' bad@ss!

Now keep it to yerself, because that was an idea I had before and might have the custom shop do someday! Or as an arch KV or arch dinky roundhorn V. ...Too many ideas, not enough money! [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Wasn't there an archtop Rhoads in the Jackson catalog a couple of years ago? [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img] I thought it had a creepy guy graphic on the back of it.

Here it is - I think this is an archtop. Anyone?

I'll try and find the catalog with that guitar in it. Either it is arched or I was sniffing glue when I looked at it. I've never been wrong before so this may be an historical event. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

shreddermon I was considering an archtop rhoads for the custom order I just placed but decided not this time b/c I wanted a pinstripe since rhoads forever.
The next one I am thinking archtop rhoads with flame maple top in faded denim like the new PRS Modern Eagle here:

I have been picturing something like this one. Kinda sorta like that one that's been on ebay before...
