    I have'nt had a problem with that since the 1st year I played.
    I learned to anchor my pinky and ring finger to the bridge pickup ring.
    If I ever get an axe without rings, I might be in trouble though. [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

      Sometimes I rest my pinky and ring finger on the bottom edge of the Bridge Pickup.

          I do that sometimes, too, when soloing. If there's no pickup rings, then I get EMGs and can anchor on them! [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img]

            That tecnique works well with my PCS and JCF ( which I'm not going to sell anymore, lol )

            But yeh, there are "some" work arounds on some axe's..
