a few things, some of them being # made, inlays, logo, pickup configuration, body shape and size (compare where the neck meets the body...BIG difference) toggle switch location, number of volume knobs, and fret size....not sure if it has the original construction (no scarf joint), but i believe that's it.... so, it's very different, imo.
