Does the Jackson Custom shop do repairs on Jackson guitars?

Hi all, does anybody know if the Jackson custom shop does repairs/modifications on existing Jackson Custom models? I am in posession of one of Misha Mansoor's early prototype dinky's that has a massive heel on it that Misha had mentioned when he initially got the guitar that he was going to send it back to Jackson to have the heel shaved down but he never did. I was curious if that was something I'd ever be able to have Jackson do for me.

I doubt they'll do that type of work unless you're an artist. If I had to recommend someone who could do it and do it well it would be RIP guitars in Ogden Utah

Just find a local luthier it's not that hard of a job. Your lucky if Jackson custom shop will even make you a guitar now a days!
