  • Floyd Rose Locking Nut Adapter?

    Hello

I have a 1987 USA soloist guitar that came with a top-mounted floyd nut on it. The guy made a brass adapter that holds the floyd lock nut flat against the headstock. I love this! I feel like it makes the neck vibrate slightly more. I just got a 1987 custom soloist (fat neck) that has the original JT-6 lock nut on it. I removed the piece of pickguard that sits under the nut and it seems to resonate slightly better. Does anyone on this site know where I can get one of these adapters?

I'm thinking maybe someone on here might have had some made by a machinist (I assume it would be cheaper to have a batch made than just one). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Best.
