Soloist Serial # help

Hey all, can anyone of you gurus help out on a serial U03441? Year and possibly where made? Value in excellent condition?

Sounds like it should be a U.S.A. made in '96. Can't really say the value without knowing the specs/finish of that specific guitar though. If it's pretty run of the mill, maybe $1,000-1,400. SL1 would probably be on the lower end of that.
