Picked up this Scott Ian Jackson today. Wasn't much information with it (deceased estate) and it's not a model I know much about at all. Serial number is 0637JJ.


Wondered if anybody could tell me anythign about it? Thanks.

According to the Serial Number database on https://www.jacksonguitars.com/support/bolt-on, final column (Jackson Junior), your guitar is from 2000.

I believe that's a Jackson JJ2 model. Looks amazing!

Yeah, that's one of the higher end versions. There's a bunch of old catalogues on the Jackson website which will help with the specs..

I believe solid colors had alder bodies and maybe maple necks and trans colors have mahogany bodys and necks. I am looking for a trans colored one.
