Solid flame maple soloist

I have seen a few dinkys and some strats but only one Soloist.
Seen lots of flame tops but not back to front solid flame maple.
Are they common? Has anyone seen one?

Yes. You could have solid maple sides, but then you'd have to put a veneer over the back and front as to not see the neck.

Danny Spitz had a solid flame dinky Rhoads - 3 piece flame neck and solid flame wings..

But it's still two maple body sides with a neck running through it, so technically not a "solid" full maple body.

Right. Maybe I misinterpreted, but thought he meant a solid one-piece body, like we've seen on a few Strat or Dinky guitars through the years. That just doesn't work with neck-through construction.

Yes this is what spawned my question. I have never seen one before this.
