NGD - Serial # ??

Hello Everyone:

I was lucky enough to scoop up an absolutely mint burnt cherry SL-1 to go along with my trans blue SL2H. I could not be happier and the SL1 is such a great compliment to the SL2H. It is amazing how different you can make the 2 guitars sound. Anyway, I was trying to figure out how old the SL1 is but I am not having any luck. The serial # is U11410. Does anyone have an approximate date the guitar was built? Any help anyone can offer is greatly appreciated. I will try to figure out how to add some pics too.

Thanks Msaint65. I think that pretty much answers that question. The amazing thing is that this guitar is 14 years old and it could pass as brand new. I am very happy the seller parted with it. It is too good a player to sit in the closet like that.
