Doesn't the headstock glow in the dark, more than the logo?

lol... there is no rest of that one. It's a horrible photoshop. I made it for some thread we were talking about headstock options for 7 and 8 string guitars

Which explains why the 7 and 8 strings are so thin.

Thanks everyone, this was very helpful. Still debating on which logo, leaning towards 90s at 80%, black logo on a snow white headstock.

I thought it also had something to do with where they put the made in us part, I noticed a lot of San dimas era were kind of under the jackson, and later it moved to behind the jackson......

Most of the non-reverse headstocks I have seen, have the TM partially obstructed by a tuner.
But the R's don't seem to have that issue.

                              R didn't appear until 86.
But we've seen TM appear as late as 89.

Of course, this doesn't really make a bit of difference, but its something to think about when discussing location.
Why would one be obscured while the other is not, unless the logo was different?

Here are consecutive SNs J2365 (black) has the R and made in USA beside the logo and J2366 (white) has the TM that is sorta covered by the tuning key washer because the made in USA is under the logo... 1986 being the year of these two

and here is a 1990 Rhoads...
I like black and white guitars
