You could chase a cat between the frets and strings. That's some high action...or so it seems.

Just looks like maybe the binding didn't get glued on perfectly but thats pretty minor really.
As long as the fretboard is OK rock on with it.
You have to remember guitars are made of wood by people.Wood moves and shrinks over time and people mess up binding putting it on.
I wouldn't worry about it but then I don't have OCD issues.
