        LOVE it! Great color and the opposing Sharkfins are very cool on this one! Congrats and welcome to the Jackson DN club!

                Hi guys!
                Thanks for all the positive attention!!!

                I guess Neilli is right! This is what could be found in the eBay listing;

                Built in USA in 1989, a Guitarist magazine competition prize in 1992, Poplar/Alder Body, 2 x Maple Thru Necks meeting at tips, Bound Rosewood boards with Pearl Sharkfin inlays, Jackson Floyd Rose, Pearl/metallic blue.
                6 string has 2 J-50 humbuckers with 3 way mini toggle

                12 has has 1 J-50 plus 2 J-200 stacked singles, 5 way
                J-1200 active mid boost circuit
                2 way mini toggle to switch between necks.

                The serial is J 5010

                Well - it was quite expensive(?), and I probably won't make any profit the day I decide to sell it. But it will be a keeper (like my other Jacksons) and I will keep it as long as I still have the interest.

                It's in real good shape besides a few small nicks and some wear at the bridge etc. And it plays beautiful - really smooth setup.

                Here are the pics that were at eBay

                  So which one is it; poplar or alder? Or is it half and half?

                  Love that color! Congrats. Any tuning problems since it's got siamese headstocks?

                            Who knows... I just quote the mad englishman who sold it to me!

                            Regarding tuning - I was afraid it would be "impossible" to get it right, but from what I can see (hear) the necks doesn't seem to affect eachother at all!

                              Haha - Well - He didn't bring it to me personally... The case is HUGE but not much bigger than the ones for my RR or KV. But it weighed almost 33lb in all!

                                That's good. I remember hearing they stopped making the siamese and just did them separate because it was hard keeping both necks in tune a lot of times.
