Oh man I emailed him once ot twice about that one and never got a reply. Congrats. It seems like it was listed there forever so I figured he didn't still have it.

Very cool.I once had an 81 BC Rich Bich that was made from solid flame maple in red like this and it was cool. I dig the guitar you got. Congrats

A year or two ago on ebay there was a sunburst body just the same as that. I emailed the seller asking if it was for a 22 or 24 fret neck. He kept saying it was for a 24 fret neck but I didn't believe him. I'm glad I didn't, but the the body was $225 or something like that.

Awesome score indeed. Been curious what the tone of a solid piece of maple body would sound like. Give us some updates as you spend more time with it.

                      Again Congrats!

If it gets to be too heavy for you. Let me know. I'll take it off your hands and shoulders.

So did you get him to knock a bit off the price? I recall it was listed at $1200.

Love the simplicity of the single 3-way and volume knob!

Coupled with a good Schaller Floyd and proper locking nut, its just awesome!!!!!

                            Enjoy!

Very nice! That's a very understated finish on the flame maple top, as opposed to, say, what PRS does with their flame maple tops. I like it!
