  • Jackson DR2?

    Hi,

There is a good condition DR2 for sale locally, and i am wondering what kind of pricing this model should have?

Any other info or thoughts about this guitar would be great as well.

    Cheers!

What finish? Depending on the finish, it will be either poplar or ash. I have two of the ash DR2s with blue satin and graphite satin finishes, and both were right around $600. I wouldn't hesitate to pay a bit more for a really mint one, considering that it's a USA model with an ebony board and real Duncans, although I don't care for the stock Screamin' Demon in the bridge. If these guitars had OFRs instead of JT580LPs, they'd probably cost more.

I bought one at GC a few years ago for $350 after it had sat on their wall at $500 for months.
