Custom Shop - "Other Body Options"

In the current Custom Shop, in the BODY section, there's a drop-down menu of "Other Body Options" which includes:

None
Carved Top - Archtop
Carved Top - Roswell Rhoads
Carved Top - Original Phil Collen
Mirror Top

What are these? Pardon my ignorance, I'm just trying to understand what the Custom Shop's options mean. Pics of examples would be appreciated!

I did not know the Roswell Rhoads was arch'd. I thought it was flat.

Some were arched tops. The aluminum ones were sort of riveted, the original wood body Roswells were flat tops.

Here's a profile shot of the Collen Archtop:



The back and top are both arched.


The aluminum Roswell was scalloped across the front (ridges from bass side to treble side parallel to the neck/strings) as well as arched like the SLS - thinner on the edges.

It's an extreme arch, and the horns are behind the neck by about 2 inches.

the original wood body Roswells were flat tops.

Not sure what you mean there - I had the flame maple guitar from the catalogues which was one of the first wooden ones (if not the first) and that was arched...

Those Collen archtops are soo cool.

hmmm no option for Demons, Death Angels, War Angels ,Xtrr's, Demon Angels, War Demons or the elusive Xtrr cockdragon dinky archtop.
