Schaller made JT-590... 24 fret H-S-S with lower cut away.
Looks like an early 90's Fusion.

I can't see the picture, but let's remember, the lower cutaway does not always denote a Fusion.

        True.
That's why I said "looks like" and not "is".
        My Bill Clinton line...

Hard to tell without seeing the rest of the guitar.

Cannot be a Fusion. That graphic was only being done after the Fusion line had ended. Additionally, there's no middle mini toggle for the Fusion's active booster. Nothing uniquely fancy about Dan's signature, I have a USA Rhoads from 1998 with the same graphic and signature, plus year. Just shows he did it, not another painted. Some painters were signing their graphics as early as about 1992.

Yeah definately. Even if it was USA. I mean it's all about taste, but i mean bolt on for bolt on, i'd still go with the jem. I totally love this graphic, but it's common. Though, this one is of better quality and more detailed.

I have two. If he wants, il trade him my two skulls for his jem. :P. I totally dig these guitars though! I can rock out all day . Kick it slow with some standard E, than put my mullet wig on and my sleeveless budweiser shit, and kick it 80's hair metal style. With some corny high kicks in there too!

Looks like an older DK1, back in the days when they had the HSS config.

Yeah the board looks like ebony, which would rule out a Fusion.

They were all rosewood, of course.

I missed charvel750's post ruling out the Fusion.

The production HSS DK1s were only 22-fretters. This could be a custom, though.
