Never had an SL, but is there a difference in the neck radius between the two? SL has a painted neck, does it feel completely different from an oiled neck? I'm thinking of a trans green SL-1 I saw a few weeks ago. I like the ebony board and real MOP. I haven't really checked into it much but have always wondered.

Soloist's head is different from Dinky (I compare with 97 DK-1 and 99 SL-1)
