  • Professional Dinky reverse?

These looks a little different from the catalogs(cheaper trem, pickups and no writing on headstock) , and I was wondering if they were still MIJ?

Guitars: (No one steal them from me haha):

Daddy's normally has no clue what they have. Worse, their pictures and descriptions are absolutely terrible. They're not intentionally doing that, they just simply don't know. I've seen them selling bolt on "Soloists" and neck through "bolt ons" (yes, not a typo!). Best bet with them is to contact the store manager and ask a lot of questions so there's no surprises...

    Gotta get away from here.
Feelin' like I shoulda kept my feet on the ground
Waitin' for the sun to appear..."

Looks like a DX10 to me, due to the inlays and trem. A DR3 would have the JT580LP without the oval stamp on the bass side, and pearloid sharkies. A DR5 would have the dot inlays, but same trem as a DR3. A DX10D would have sharkfins as well. I think the X models were made in India for a couple years, but don't know exactly which years that was.

Definitly I've seen some pretty off the wall descriptions, but sometimes that leads to them underpricing, they had one of those model 88s for around $300, but your right, I'm just going to check it out in person get the serial number etc.

Thanks, I'll check it out in person, I believe the serial number will tell where it was made
