looks like a mutt. Somebody has replaced the old slanted single coils on a 275 body with a humbucker and slapped a Model 4M neck on it.

That whole bezel within a bezel does nothing for aethetics on that Bill Lawrence pickup. One ugly pickup especially the inner bezel being creme.
