hey man, welcome!

the RR5s that i've seen in person have been very well put together and have nice features like real duncan pickups. it's a neck thru guitar, and is made in japan.

Okey, thanks. I´m gonna buy that then. Is it more valuable if it is neck-thru?

couldn't find a pic of a RR5 so soon, but basically it looks like this:

"I hate these filthy neutrals! With enemies, you know where they stand. But with neutrals... who knows? It sickens me!"

You might want to change the pu's though. Yeah, it comes with real Duncans, but when I tried it, I thought it sounded weak.

Looks like a bad-ass guitar. I maybe change the pickups but I try first

Re: Information about RR5

When I tried an RR5, I didn't think the PU's were weak, on the contrary, they reminded me of my EMG-81 in my guitar.
But it all depends on testing conditions and amp-settings of course (I thought the PU in the kevin bond was weak, but I tested it on a different amp than the RR5, so I'm guessing it had to do with the setup).

I have been thinking about getting one as well, but I just don't like the gold on it, although it looked better in the shop than I thought, on a black one that is (but lighting conditions vary as well ).

i am huge RR fan so I think that it´s a must-have guitar. Does this guitar have a painted neck or am I blind?
