Well last I heard the JS1 and JS20 were made in India still, and the JS30 is made in Japan. Definetly go with the JS30 out of those, lot of value for the money.

You can't find better guitar for the money in a jap JS30.I bought a trans black for right at 230.00.The neck is a cross between an 80s model series charvel and 90s jackson DR-5.To me its got the 90s feel all over.A pickup, vol and tone pot upgrade and you have a killer guitar. The JT580 trem works great too. They are a great deal.
