i found it at a garage sale for $200 bucks. personally i think its a steal.

i don't think this will be anything special since its not USA. but to me, it's awesome.

700 dollar guitar for 200.

what are others opinions of this guitar?

Dude you got a HELL of a score... not special because its not a USA? Bullshit! Properly set up that guitar will play AMAZINGLY. Mines got some of the lowest action Ive seen, and NO buzz with .10 strings. I scored one on eBay with a HSC and a new MT2 for $350 which was a good deal, but you got an even better deal!!

what do you guys think of DKMG's in general?

and it is at the shop getting professionaly set up.

i will stick with 9's on it. maybe eventually move to 10's

I love it. The neck has a very nice profile, the Pirahnas look very classy, and the archtop is very comfortable. As far as electronics, the H3's in there arent as bad as everyone says. The "Turbo Charger" is pretty neat, works great on an already overdriven tube amp, wouldnt use it for much else than that though. Overall, I think its a great guitar!
