• my first paint job on a JS20 body

my first ever attempt at painting a body. turned out pretty decent considering the time i spent on it. thanks to Newc and Jack the Shredder or whatever his name is lol (feel free to move this to the Tech or General section since it applies more to paint than the JS20)

i still have to put the clearcoat on, but in general my only complaint is that theres too much orange, and not enough black. the decal i used was a bit enlarged so it covered more than it should have. oh well, live and learn!

Looks great, and I like the color combo too! The first body I painted also came from a JS20 ( see avatar ), which oddly enough was a Bengal as well!

    Nice job!

I love it, one of my very favorite graphics.

My distaste for animal prints aside (you asked about the work, not the content), you did a great job. It should look amazing once you clear it.

Actually you shoulda painted the orange part black and the black part orange

I actually like this variation better than the original graphic.

Yeah, I also think that would have been the "right" way to do that guitar, but I gotta tell you...I like the looks of it this way a lot more than I would have guessed.
