Help with EMG wiring

ok I have two jackson guitars , my first guitar was a jackson Dinky, and I beleive its an import because it does not say made in the USA on it. My other jackson that i picked up 2 years later is a RRV signature series "made in the USA" the question at hand concerns my DINKY. I purchased a James H. EMG pickup . new. i placed it in the guitar and added the two extra knobs to the guitar. (volume and tone) now the pickup works on clean and sounds good but only that pick up works. when i first placed it in the guitar and wired it up the guitar worked fine. shortly after it seemed not to work right. I dont think I wired up everything right but there was no schematics for the 2 single coil + one humbucker pickup style.

does anyone have schematics of this style of wiring? if anyone needs pictures I can get some. [img]/images/graemlins/band.gif[/img]

EMG's website used to have a bunch of wiring diagrams including HSS configs but I can't seem to find any at the moment. [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img] Maybe you'll have better luck.
