• Anyone try a DXMGT?

If so, what do you think of it. I just saw it in a GC add, and was considering that if a problem came up with getting the KVX10, or maybe just instead of the KVX10. Any thoughts?

I want to try one & probably buy one but my local GC doesn't have any. I think they are GC exclusive model Jackson.

Yeah, they are a GC exclusive. I almost got one today, but I didn't get enough outta my Ibanez, so I'm Ebaying the Ibanez in hopes of getting the $400.

No DXMGT. It is a DXMG Stringthru with SLS style headstock. Made for GC. If I remember it has a bound neck also.

I thought they felt like a toy. They have almost no weight at all. I was much more impressed with the Shecter Gryphon. Mahogany body, flame maple top, 24 frets, grover tuners, stringthru tunamatic. Another GC exclusive.

i had one....good guitar...mine had like perfect frets..low ass action now buzzing...only one problem - the high E bridge saddle was like uneven or something. when you like play on that string it would make a clicking noise and move left and right like a see-saw. that could be easily fixed though, and it was a great guitar, especially if you were to change the pickups to real good ones.

I guess since I've failed at selling my Ibanez on Ebay now ... I'll have to give up on the DXMGT for now ... Maybe sometime after the holidays and birthdays when I can get some actual cash, I can try again.
