This is no where near a definitive list, but some that spring to mind are the SL3, SL4, KV4, RR4(?), RR5, Soloist Pro, Soloist XL, Rhoads Pro, Kelly Pro

Do not forget the Archtop pros. While they are set necks they play, feel and look exactly like a neck thru.

The RR4 was a bolt on with dots IIRC.

The Warrior Pros were made in 1990 and 1991, and were dropped due to poor sales (imagine that! )
They had the same specs as the USA Warriors at the time - 24 3/4" scale, 24 frets, ebony, MOP fins and logo, binding on head and neck, 3 single-spaced Armstrong Rails arranged in a Hum-Single pattern and reverse-slanted just like the USA models.
They came in Black, Red Pearl, White Pearl, and Yellow Pearl.

There was also the Mustaine Signature KV Pro, which was just like the USA Mustaine KV-1 except the USA had LSRs and Dave's signature was aligned differently.

And like VitaminG said, SL, KE, KV4, and RR models with both rosewood with dots and ebony with fins, as well as the SLS. The KVDM and KV4 were the only two neckthrough import KVs AFAIK.
