SHOULD I TRADE?r

And I'm considering to trade with my DK2 with skulls graphic and real duncans. I think the trems are better on the older ones right?but the jackson pickups i think are worse than duncans. Anyway would you guys advise me to trade or not? considering rarity, build quality, etc. thanks guys

cant see the picture. But if its a 650xl i would trade with a dk-2 100%.

well it's a neck through, hss, 3 knobs with a matching finish toothpaste logo headstock. (should be 650xl right?) the desert crackle seems wayyy browner/darker than I usually see though

See how the inlays look tinted because they're mop and would be showing whitish blue, I think it's just the lighting and it's worth about three times as much as your DK2. I'd ask for more than one picture but probably not because I would have already been shipping the DK2 off


Added. I think it might be a refinish, still worth more can't see if all the tip is on the headstock? It does indeed have a nice looking charvel branded schaller brtdge

thanks for the picture. That is very yellow but you can see the crackles there. Desert crackle is almost white, Could have been in a heavy heavy smokers house and about 10000 bars. And on top of that maybe some direct sunlight would maybe do that.

Other than that looks like a 650xl for sure.

It's a 650 no doubt about that and it's had something done to the finish. I have it on my desktop and can zoom in and see some lightness around the bridge, maybe he rubbed some stain on it or polished with something. I had a les paul that was different than factory because some dumbass cleaned it with windex. Smoke wouldn't be green (looks green-ish to me)
Even with the finish, it's still double triple the value of a DK2.

nice ones are priced at around 1500. and they're not crackle I'd find out whats up with color

I'd also be sure the tip is there but thats a really fair price so mint wouldn't be expected
