  • What the &(*&^ is this? Dinky Profesional HSH with Tom

Like I mentioned in the other thread I have started looking around for the fixed equivalent of my JDR 94. the main thing I love is the slim neck and body shape. I found this by searching all craigslists through google, I am familiar with the catalog scans and like the post below this one, this doesn't look familiar, thanks!!!

EDIT: sorry I found it was a Dinky Professional RV H (I guess they didn't have room to write HX, lol) sorry and I can't find how to delete posts, thanks!

Huh? What's a Dinky RVH? That would be different from a Dinky HX.

I think they are a real model, I did just find this post:

Maybe they weren't in any catalog like the Dinky HX?

        here's the craigslist post:

Oh, I remember that one now. I've owned a couple of the HX models, they were real nice. The HX I had only seen in a Venneman's Music Emporium catalog in '94 or '95 and had to get one. Maybe it was made exclusively for them.
The RVH was probably also not in any official Jackson catalog, maybe a run for a certain dealer.

Thanks, I see now how that could happen as a dealer exclusive, makes you wonder what other cool stuff is out there, cheers!

According to https://guitarinside.com/Jackson_Din...H_professional it was only made in 1995. I think I've only ever seen one specimen when browsing classified ads over the years.

I credit that website (and a couple others) for increasing my "mental catalog" on Jacksons and Charvels.

Here is that one specimen I spotted in a classified ad: https://www.jcfonline.com/forum/equi...ky-rvh-cad-300
