Can someone please help identify what I have here? This serial number thing is confusing. Every time I think I have it figured out, I read something somewhere else and the trail runs cold. It's a King V serial number 9858013. Is it a '98 which would make it a KV3 or does the 98 not mean squat? Was it made in Japan? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
